The client had to relocate following a compulsory purchase order on their previous location, which was in the heart of the London 2012 Olympic site. So timing was crucial for the planning and construction.

The project included refurbishment and extension to an existing vehicle maintenance depot to provide additional vehicle workbays and offices. The work was completed on a working site with no disruption to operations, and included 12 separate sectional completions under a traditional building contact.
