Planning received for seven new industrial units in Hull

Planning permission for 7 new industrial units on the site of the former ITEC building in Hull has successfully been gained. The scheme to demolish an existing building and build 7 new purpose-built industrial units will further regenerate the existing industrial estate located in Western Hull.

The single-story structure will have feature brickwork bullseyes to compliment the areas rich nautical history. The scheme is due to start on site later in the year.
